Lilian Co is the Chief Investment Officer at LBN Advisers Limited, overseeing the investment strategy of the fund. She was the Head of HK China Equities at Baring Asset Management (Asia) Ltd (until August 2007) with a total of 16 years of investment experience. Lilian was the fund manager of Baring Hong Kong China Fund (one of the largest long only China mutual fund with over US$6bn AUM at the time she left) and Baring China Absolute Return Fund (a directional long short China hedge fund).

Benjamin Chang is the Chief Executive Officer at LBN Advisers Ltd, overseeing the operation and responsible for business management. Ben has 14 years of experience in IT operation. Previously an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., he was involved in the IT build out project of Beijing Gao Hua Securities Ltd and Goldman Sachs Gao Hua Securities Ltd (the Chinese subsidiaries of Goldman Sachs).
